Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the website infoveeb.ee. The service is provided by Tarkvara Lahendused OÜ, registry code 17125929, Toompuiestee 21, Tallinn, Estonia. By using the service you accept these terms.

infoveeb.ee lets you search and view public business information on Estonian companies: registry data, annual-report figures, the taxes, turnover and employee numbers published by the Tax and Customs Board, tax debt, and the people connected to a company.

The service is free to use and is funded by advertising.

The data comes from public sources:

• Business register open data, Centre of Registers and Information Systems (RIK), avaandmed.ariregister.rik.ee.
• List of tax debtors, Estonian Tax and Customs Board, licensed CC BY-SA 3.0, emta.ee.
• Taxes paid, turnover and number of employees, Estonian Tax and Customs Board, emta.ee.

The data belongs to its publishers and their licence terms apply to it. Every page names its source and the date the data was current.

RIK states the licence terms for its open data differently on different pages of its own site. Reuse of the data is governed by the source's terms; we add none of our own.

We try to keep the data current, but we are not responsible for its content, accuracy or completeness. It comes from third parties and may contain errors, delays and gaps.

Nothing shown here is legal, financial or business advice. For anything that matters, check the data at the source.

When using the service you agree:

• not to disrupt the service or use it for unlawful purposes;
• not to make automated bulk requests or systematically download the content without our consent;
• not to use personal data obtained from the service for direct marketing or profiling;
• not to circumvent technical restrictions.

If you need data in bulk, write to us. We can usually provide it in a more convenient form than scraping the site.

Ads are distinguishable and labelled. We sell ad space directly, without ad networks.

The advertiser is responsible for the content of their ad. Publishing an ad does not mean we recommend the advertiser or their service. If an ad seems misleading or unlawful, tell us at info@infoveeb.ee.

We also offer programmatic access to the data. API use is agreed separately and is subject to separate terms.

The design, code and interface of the service belong to Tarkvara Lahendused OÜ.

The underlying open data does not belong to us. Its reuse is governed by the publisher's licence terms.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Tarkvara Lahendused OÜ is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or data loss arising from the use of the service or its unavailability.

If information shown about you is wrong or should be removed, write to info@tarkvaralahendused.ee. We handle requests in accordance with the privacy policy.

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Estonian law applies. We try to settle disputes by negotiation; failing agreement, in Harju County Court.
